- Enhances significance: Boosts efficiency and employability through structured training and on-campus drives.
- Student registration, result update and profile update.
- Communicate with industries to collect vacancies.
- Spot registration of students and industries.
- Arrange institute level walk-in interviews.
- Coordinate the activities during placement camps.
Activities Done
- Coordinates with institutes to register eligible students for placements.
- Builds relationships with recruiters and persuades them to hire from campuses.
- Maintains an updated company database and ensures ongoing communication during drives.
- Identifies and engages genuine placement agents for large-scale campus recruitment.
Key Objectives
- Bridge corporate requirements and students’ knowledge/skillsets through industry-aligned training to enhance employability.
- Maximize on-campus placements for deserving students to kickstart careers with dream companies.
- Uphold quality job standards via defined processes for shared goals.
